This has been my favorite restaurant since it opened for 2 reasons...great steaks and great salads. Our last 2 visits were not so good. They cut their own meat they say. Well, steaks cut thin on one side and thick on the other are not good (well done on the thin part and good on the thicker part). The prime rib was the same, thin on about half, thicker on one side. And, it was greasy, put on the grill on both sides, to heat it, I guess. I will only give them one more try.
