Had the worst food experience ever tonight. I placed an online order right around 8pm my pickup time was 8:30. I pulled up to the carry out spot in front of the store at around 8:25. I had a guy come out to ask the name on the order promptly and I waited over a half hour for my food to be brought out to me. My food was cold, the burger itself was horrible. RecommendedWe did the call ahead thing because we knew it would be packed, once we got the text message to “hurry” in we had about another 30 minute wait, I was starving so it felt so much longer then that. The person running the seating operation noted that we had been waiting a while so once we were seated she told our server (Abbie) that our appetizer would be on the house, so that was cool - we ordered a cactus blossom! 1 out of 4 steaks were overcooked rice & fries loaded with salt. advised waitress and she brought back 1 steak that was rare . no one stopped to ask how are food was. left disappointed

Service was extremely slow Caesar salad tasted like the lettuce was not clean after waiting almost an hour my steak was overcooked😞 not a good choice for me birthday dinner at all
