I never write negative comments about places because I understand that nowhere is perfect. With that being said I am very disappointed in the experience we just had. We went in and were told the wait was 15-20 minuets and after waiting for almost a hour I went up to the hostess and went to ask what was taking so long. While I was waiting to talk to her she took a party of 8 (we had a party of 8 and a small child) back and seated them right away. Best food! Best service! My ultimate favorite! Had a coupon for a free appetizer but was on a tight time frame and didn't look at the receipt too carefully. Before I was ready to sign the check the manager came to the table and explained that the coupon I had given was not rung up properly and apologized for the mistake. I was moved by this! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for going above and beyond the great service you already provide! You have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!
