One meal was, let's say... not good. But the server and the manager were on spot.. they took care of the problem and were very helpful. As we all know, it can not always be 100%, but it's the follow up that matters and this place has always gone the distance.

Awful service. Awful hospitality. We were with a party that called to see if they could accommodate a party of 30 on a Saturday night. Now, they were completely aware that that is a huge amount of people for a Saturday night and would have accepted a "we can not accommodate you" if that was what was said. We were told they cannot do reservations, but they do call ahead. Ok fine. Not a promised spot.. but also told us we cannot sit until we are all there too. Ok that's fine too.
