First of all I want to give a shout out to our waitress Maleah was absolutely amazing! She was spot on with refills, spot on with recommendations, just simply amazing. A mark of a truly great waitress is when she forgot to put in an appetizer and notified us and took credit for the mess up. But I can’t even be remotely mad with her because we wouldn’t have noticed anything without her telling us because she fixed it that fast. She is the reason my family with come back to the Sevierville Texas Roadhouse. Thanks again Maleah!
Great food and fantastic service. Janet was our waitress and she was so friendly by the time we left she felt like family.
Very disappointed in service and too many people walking around not helping!! Very unorganized!!
Husband and I went today about 330. He ordered prime rib me ribeye. Both got prime rib. Ordered butter and sour cream on potato just got butter. My husbands prime rib was tough and grissely. He brought it home to our dogs. Good thing we had a gift card cause I would be pissed if it cost me.

We live in Sevierville, Tn so we go often to this restaurant. But on Saturday the 9th we had called ahead and was told we had a 35 min wait. There was 10 in our group we waited for over 1.5 hours it was so packed in there it was a fire hazard. Usually love eating at this place but that night was a bad night.

Food was good as usual with any Texas Roadhouse. Sarah was literally THE best server we have ever had! She even convinced the kids that she is one of Santa’s helpers to help us get Christmas gift ideas!! Well done Sarah!!!
