Wow! It was fantastic! Our service was terrific! Sarah was our waitress, and she took great care of us! The food was cooked perfectly, and timed right with our appetizer, salad, and main course. It was a perfect meal!
My son, sister and brother-in-law and I went Sunday being as it was my sister's and brother-in-law first time there our service wasn't great all and this is the first time we've ever had an issue there. Our chilli came out cold took over 30 minutes to get two small cups of chilli had to send one of the steaks back wasn't cooked right. I had to get up to find a server after twenty minutes waiting for someone to come take our order. Things weren't up to par this time around which is sad because we do like to eat there. We are visiting from FL and everything was beyond amazing! From Marc who sat us, to our Server Kayla and both managers that stopped by our table to check on us, couldn’t have been a better experience! Not to mention, the food was delicious!
My husband and I spent the day at Dollywood. We were so hungry and on the way back to our hotel, we saw Texas Roadhouse and decided to eat there. There was going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait so we went to wait at the bar. The bartender invited us to stay at the bar and have dinner there and we did. She was so nice and the food was excellent! We made the right choice at that moment. We love Texas Roadhouse and eat there often.
