We were in that location tonight. I just wanted to tell you what great people you have there. There was someone doing balloon animals and my son wanted one but he has an allergy and has issues with balloons. We explained to him that he couldn’t have one and he started to cry. Patina one of your managers noticed him upset and she came over and asked if she could help us with anything and we explained our situation. First of all we had the best waitress in the world. Her name was Kendra and we have been to alot of Texas Roadhouses and this one by far is the best in food and service we have ever had. We always make sure to go to this one when we are in Sevierville.
Went in this afternoon. We are locals and this used to be my favorite place to eat. 5 employees standing around not busy. They were nice. We told them table for 6 which 4 of us were there. They told us they couldn't seat us because all 6 wasn't there. That was so rude. I have never heard of this. We had kids with us which we were going to eat an appetizer while we waited on the rest of our party. We walked back in to tell them we had kids and one which was autistic and wanted to eat.
