We had dinner tonight, May 10th, for the first time since the pandemic and we were blown away by how awesome the service was. Our server Hannah went above and beyond and made the experience absolutely perfect, even with the crazy wait times and precautions. Everything about our meal was wonderful, but our server was by far the best part! Our drinks were never close to empty, she was friendly and she checked on us every chance she got! We will definitely be back, and we hope to see her again!

This location continuously disappoints me. I have given them so many chances. Today I ordered a family dinner to go. They left out 2 of my sides. I called and told them and they said I could come back and get them. I live 25 minutes away. Then I opened my chicken tray and half of the chicken looked old and overcooked. Amazing food! It’s been awhile since we’ve had it with all the quarantine stuff going on but got a to-go order tonight and it was amazing as always! Was super sad they forgot the butter for the rolls but I’ll double check next time before we leave!

Texas Roadhouse is usually one of our favorite places to eat, and I understand this is a difficult time for everyone (and Easter to boot).. but when I order something, I expect to get what I ordered. We ordered a family dinner and it’s advertised you get 4 family size sides. What we got were 4 single person sides. This was extremely disappointing as we had planned on giving everyone just a little bit of everything, but instead had to divy up sides because there wasn’t enough. Just ordered for Easter dinner the order was messed up twice we had to go up to the door they didn't give us half the order. When we received the second half we were still missing a sweet potato and Ice cream , no bread at all. Not happy with the service!!
