My husband and I have been going here for year. We have been loyal customers unfortunately my husband and I have a medical condition that prevents us from wearing a mask. We were alienated by an employee who was not wearing her mask properly. She asked to see our medical records which violations HIPPA Act. We will never spend another penny here.
We are a family of 7. They have a strict 6 person rule due to COVID. Totally fine. We wanted to split up in two separate groups with two separate bills, but the hostess (and later the manager) kept telling us they can’t sit 7 people... We showed up at exactly 4pm when opening. THREE people were ahead of us. They kept saying they couldn’t guarantee they could get our tables close together. WHY?? best ribs in Clarksville
Not big family friendly. We were told that our family of seven could not be seated together. when asked if there was any other option I was told that we could separate but it wouldn't be in the same area or even with the same server. I explained that we have five kids (on fathers day) and got the shrug.
Best steak ever in Clarksville. Awesome service and food. Definitely recommend 10/10.
Everything was great our server was well informed and thorough, and very attentive, I have been to the Road House many times all over but this was top ten tonight.
