My husband & I ordered this evening for pick up. The food was cold. I requested for a loaded baked potato & only got a potato that wasn’t fully cooked. The 1/2 gallon of tea was hot. My husbands country fried sirloin was dry & hard to chew. We received four rolls but didn’t receive the cinnamon butter that we requested. For $16.99 I expected my sirloin & shrimp to be a decent size with my Caesar salad & (not loaded) baked potato. We are very disappointed & don’t plan to go back to Texas Roadhouse.

ordered online. Text was sent that our order was ready while I sat outside at 5:53. Sent the text that we were at C2. waited 15 minutes. called them. they stated someone was bringing it out. another 10 minutes waiting. I go in, and the girl says they are packing it now. (are you kidding me?) I go back to my car. it takes another 10 minutes to get my food FINALLY sent out. We get home, cut into our steaks. Ordered online. Went to pick it up and text the parking spot number per the instructions. Waited 35 minutes then called and was told order was being packed up and would be right out. Waited another 30 minutes called again and spoke to a manger to cancel the order and be refunded the money. The manager offered to email us free meal passes and to refund the money. Also offered to go see about our meals and bring it out to us. Waited another 10 minutes and the manager came out to our car and told us he could not find our order.... read more

This is one of the best if not the best place to eat steak. the customer service is great too. very accessible and enough parking.
