I ordered rib dinner and a rare new york strip dinner. $31.63. I recieved a medium towards well steak that was a third fat. ribs that were ice cold in the middle. tells me they were microwaving them. its a good thing they gave us a sweet potato the size of a football or we would have gone hungry. never again. they wanted to send me a free appetizer.
Ordered the sirloin family pack and a cactus blossom. Got home to find we had the salad and cactus blossom with bread butter.... We didnt get the 4 steaks, dinner rolls, our 4 sides or the dipping sauce for our cactus blossom. Called to let them know and they said we will make it right away but it will be 45 minutes. Said they didnt know where the rest of our food was. They were NOT empathetic at all.
Ordered Easter dinner this week. Customer service was excellent, they even called to double check my order at the end of the week. Curbside delivery, excellent service and the food was AMAZING!
ordered over the phone was discontent twice then finally got a order in then called to have food braught out told they didn't have the appetizer we ordered so offered a free replacement was told it be 5 minute wait . waited about 45 minutes to finally get out food got home to find no appetizer and very cold food called and asked to talk with a manager was again Hung up on 3 times. then finally talked to a manager named kadie was assured we would get our money back on our credit card and this never happened
Being a truck driver and minding good food and a place to sleep they we're awesome
