Extremely disrespectful management with poor conflict resolution skills.
Very poor management. This location used to be well managed several years ago. The management changed and it has been a disappointment ever since. we used to eat there almost weekly and bring guests to dine with us. We changed to the carry out during the pandemic. Both dine in and carry out have been a huge disappointment. Tonight was the final time we ordered from this location. Dear Texas Roadhouse, do yourself a favor and get new management in Appleton.

Took my friend out for his birthday...First and foremost enjoyed the atmosphere at the restaurant..This was my 3rd time going...Upon getting our food in was luke warm at best...Now that I was treating my friend I didn't want to complain however like the TWO other times I've been there my food was luke warm at best.. My daughter works there, and right now it’s a scary time with COVID 19. The management staff has gone above and beyond to keep staff safe even when patrons get rude.
