RecommendedWith a group of picky eaters I was very pleased that the variety of dishes on the menu satisfied all of us. The service was great and we all left stuffed.

My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse tonight & were super disappointed. It looks like the main issue is a common one. My husband does not drink alcohol so when he requested a Virgin Mary, they said they could not make him one. The server went and asked management and they said no. So that was unfortunate. The other issues were nothing more than just “Karen”issues, but a bit disappointing that they don’t have mocktails to accommodate non-drinkers.

Bad customer service. Waiter never came to the table to ask how anything was. I had to wave down a different waitress to even get a drink refill. Their mild not spicy at all boneless wings (as the waiter put it when I ordered) were so spicy I couldn’t even eat them. He rolled his eyes when my son politely asked for more biscuits. And my order wasn’t even right when he brought it to the table. Never ever got an apology and I did complain.

I do not drink but wanted a mock cocktail, however, I was told that Texas Roadhouse could not accommodate me as their mixed drinks come pre-mixed. A little disappointed, I ordered a strawberry lemonade. Halfway through my drink the waitress brought me a refill. (thank you) Still desiring a blended beverage I asked for my lemonade to be blended, was told they do not blend non-alcoholic drinks......WHAT?!?!
