There was hair in my food again. This is the second time I have found hair in my food at Texas Roadhouse in Wausau. The knife was dirty as well. The manager just said, “sorry.” She never came back to check on anything else...wow!!! I won’t be going back ever again!!! I don’t recommend this place at all👎👎👎👎👎
I got take out twice over the last month, and asked for a side of mayo with All American burger. First time I received ranch which I caught before I put on, but Thursday she gave me some type of horshradish and did not catch it, I was gaging and coughing for an hour and thur in burger in garbage. I wrote and email with no response from TX Roadhouse Very disappointed.

Get a good management in place.
Went in tonight with my friends for my birthday, slow and terrible service. She acted as if was a chore to wait on us, we waited long for drinks and out food,(wasn’t that busy at all) she rarely checked on us. Rolled her eyes more times than I could count, gave us attitude if we asked for something.... my girlfriends and I are all servers and we very disappointed in her. We will be back but will refuse to be at her in section.
