Recommendedgot the family pack to go. disappointed that the website said to go to the to go parking lot and sat for 20 minutes waiting just to be told we would get a text on our food and I never got a text. went inside to order additional rolls and my food was all the sudden ready to go. and I went through the bag and the rolls that were supposed to be in my order wasnt even there

I always have amazing food and great service here!!! The ribs literally fall off the bone and the filet steak melts in your mouth!!! Portion sizes are of great value and I love that you can get a salad as a side for no extra charge! Highly recommend!
Every time I call to place a to-go order I’m on hold for 4-5 minutes. This time I waited 6 minutes, ordered, and was told it would be 35-40 min. I arrived on time and despite a fully-staffed restaurant, it took 15 minutes for anyone to talk to me and take my money. My food didn’t arrive for 65 minutes after my order was taken. No apology. No reason for why the food was late. This has happened too often and I’ll never go back.
