My husband and I went out for a much needed date night. The place was packed as per usual for a Saturday night but we recieved excellent service from our waitress Jessica! My husbands steak was overcooked however it was taken care of right away. She was very attentive with our drinks and was always friendly.

Food is always good. Customer service was lacking this time though. We had to ask for biscuits & our server never checked in with us after we got our food.

The management needs to be redone. we visited on 12/20/2018 for my husbands birthday and he ordered his steak medium and it came out rare. we had to send it back. The manager came out with it and ask if that was better? The steak was still rare. When my husband nicely said no it is still bleeding. The manager snapped at him and said, to my standards thats medium. Other guests around us were stairing at us. We were so imbarrased.
