HORRIBLE SERVICE! I've been here 45 minutes to only get an appetizer, no bread on arrival of my waitress ( I had to ask for it), my meal took 20 minutes to come out. Mind you I'm out during lunch by myself. NO WAY SERVICE SHOULD BE YHIS TERRIBLE DURING THE LUNCH HOURS ........ this will be my last time coming here

Well tonight was a bad experience: call ahead seating was fine but ended up sitting at the table 45 Minutes with no rolls, asked numerous times for them though. Drinks came whenever, ordered food but they were out of salad, no follow up service from our waitress.
My family had a horrible waitress. We were without Tea for over 20 to 30 minutes. She didnt get order right and management no better. I was soooooo disappointed. :(
Took half an hour of being on hold trying to place a To go order until I gave up I just so happened to be the mowing crew supervisor who takes care of this property and I feel we offer top notch service to this property and feel you should provide great service expecially when you expect to get great service
Seriously never dissappoints! My server today, May 7th.. Ronald although busy with a lot of tables, NEVER made us feel neglected. You need more Ronalds at Texas Roadhouse, the food was absolutely perfect, my daughter and my steak was cooked to perfection, the margarita was amazing! The buns are always super fresh and delicious. Seriously an amazing experience, great job Texas Roadhouse Montgomery! Loved it
As everyone knows... there's customer service... and then there's "Montgomery" customer service. In a city notorious for plentiful unskilled labor jobs, and very few jobs that require any post-secondary education whatsover... the average workforce cares nothing about quality, nor longevity, because there's another job right up the road looking to combat workforce attrition just as bad. I have been there twice ! My steak was never done right! I try to always go one more time to see if it is different or they where having a bad night. Nope won't go back!
I was here tonight to help celebrate my friends birthday and service was HORRIBLE. One of my friends food was not served until we finished eating. The waitress, Kimberly, has had our money and credit cards for the last hour and we have not seen her or our money since.
