Details: We ate at this restaurant around 4pm on Sunday, February 28th, 2016 as a party of 7... 2 adults, 5 children (4 of which were young enough to order from the children's menu). This was our first time in any Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The one star given in this review is simply for the fact that we were told it would be a 35 minute wait to eat and they got us seated between 20-25 minutes after checking in and that our drinks were at least kept refilled. WORST SERVICE AWFUL WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! ALL EMPLOYEES ARE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING! AWFUL!!! WAS GIVEN A 20 MIN WAIT TIME WHEN THERE WAS CLEARLY 12+ SEATS OPEN! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
My boyfriend have been here two hours now. I understand that we came during a rush on a Friday night but the time that we have spent waiting on EVERYTHING- from the table, to drinks, to reordering our drinks because the server got it wrong the first time, salads, ect has been ABSOLUTELY insane! Excellent service! Food was hot and delicious. Server was friendly and personal. Definately go back again .
