Rolls were good . Messed up my order. Had to wait along time for it to be fixed.
Our service was poor....We only saw our server twice....food was great but y'all need better servers.

I'm so disappointed with my experience! My bestfriend had a birthday dinner Friday and we had to deal with awful attitudes from the hostess. Our food was undercooked, our lettuce for the salads were brown,steaks were unsatisfying,we just don't see going back in the future .
The staff working in the Montgomery East Chase location during the 1:00pm - 3pm shift was very rude to my wife and her guests. They were there to celebrate a friend's baby shower and it was totally ruined by the ungracious and unhelpful staff! College kids with a summer job need to GROW UP! Texas Road House needs to provide proper customer service training to these KIDS if they're going to serve the public.
We just walked in the door and asked for a table for 3. She walked us to the back to a table that would have sat 8. In one of the chairs was someone sitting talking to a large party in front of where we were to be seated. So I asked if we could have the booth RIGHT next to the table. No more than 3 steps away and I was told no I had to sit at the big table. I do understand it is late but the was very uncalled for. We did not stay. It took 30 minutes after being seated for someone to come to the table. They only came because another couple notified their waitress that we had been waiting too long. Then it took another 15 minutes to bring our drink order, that was wrong. Finally after she dropped the rolls on the table and walked off we decided leave. Clearly our server had better things to do than her job.

Had a wonderful dining experience today Sunday 05/29/16. We received the BEST service from Bre. She was delightful and anticipated our every need. Her customer service skills are the best I've experienced in Montgomery in awhile. I definitely recommend anyone going to Texas Roadhouse in Montgomery Alabama ask to be seated in her area. Kudos!!!
We called in two hours early and reserved for my little brother's graduation celebration. We arrived at the time we stated we would but still waited for an hour. We left without eating. No one ever came to check on us and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Horrible! Especially on such an important day. That was simply unacceptable because the experience ruined the graduate's night. Way to go Texas Roadhouse
