The environment was good, The server Bren was on point and very helpful. I had the whole ribs and was disappointed, they were way over cooked and dry, wife’s steak was just ok. Only reason for the 3 stars it’s for Bren the server other then that I would have gave it 2 stars.

The wait was very long. The service was horrible. After waiting a long time for our food mine was wrong. Asked for a bottle drink and was told they didn't have it that we had to get draft. Then we saw another table with the bottle drink and informed the manager, he did not even apologize. Then all tickets were lost and we had to wait for them to redo. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!

The food is delicious. It's affordable. And, let me tell you about the stellar service. We went this past weekend, and the service was fantastic. Not just our waitress either. The girls at the hostess station, and everyone else we encountered during our visit. Even the food runners. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and happy, and that made our experience that much better. I called ahead for sitting at 4 pm I as on hold for 7 minuets when they finally got on the phone I asked for a table for 9 adults and one high chair the hosts tells me that we can not sit together because it is against the fire marshal code to push tables together. I replied that I had been there last month and it was not a problem then for another family so she put me on hold again and I guess it was a floor manager that got on the phone and finished my request for sitting at 6pm. The food was okay, but everyone needs to watch closely their credit card charges, especially if a tip was added. It's not enough to bother with, but I will no be going back due to this dishonesty. I double checked my receipt and verified that someone increased the tip I added to my total. I always tip 20% or better unless service is terrible. Dishonesty is something I can't tolerate. Everyone needs to watch their ticket totals.
