We were just there for our 12 yr olds birthday tonight. It was all great until an extra guest(dead roach) was served along with our beautiful piping hot plate of chilli cheese fries. Thankfully we saw it as the plate was being put down and hadn't eaten any🤢. We were offered another order, no charge, but disgust took over and we HAD to decline. No longer a favorite, can't stomach it. The waitress was nice, she was also grossed out, and didn't really know what to say.

Waited 10 minutes for a server to come to our table and take drink orders. She only came because I had to ask the manager where our server was. When she finally came, she had walked passed our table several times and never acknowledged us. Service has gone down hill over the years because of young kids working the front desk and servers who are not customer orientated.
