I am VERY particular about my steak, so when I got a well done steak instead of medium, I sent it back. The manager, James Fried, made sure that my steak was just as I ordered it, and brought it out to me himself. He stood there and waited until I was satisfied, stating: “We’ll do it until we get it right.” This was the best steak I’ve ever eaten in my life!! The plate was so beautiful, I had to take a picture...
