I ate there last night for my son's 18th birthday. Salads came out and my oldest son's had hair in it. Potato was ice cold. But as far as service our waitress was awesome. Wasted $65 on the food and gave the waitress a well deserved $15 tip
We were there tonight and had excellence service. Our server was Austin. Always kept up with our refills and our food came out quick hot and fresh. He was always checking on us making sure we were happy customers. We got boxes and forgot them on the table and he he literally ran us down outside to bring them to us. Thank you Texas Roadhouse!

I've gone to this location a few times and every time it's been absolutely wonderful service. The servers are fantastic and the food is delicious. The most previous time I went, it was for carryout and I believe the girl who took care of me was named Emily. I just wanted to acknowledge her because she was really helpful and super nice. I will definitely always come to this location. �

Had the worse filet mignon I've ever in my life last night!! Came out cut up in three chewy gristle pieces!! Was excited about getting out with the family to get an awesome steak.. man was it disappointing and the experience at this Texas Road house was very poor. Only saw our waiter three times with no refills. You think when you order the best filet mignon on the menu. Your going to get this badaxx steak that melts in your mouth... 100% complete opposite! Looked like dog food.
Yesterday was my birthday so I picked Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I loved the food and our waiter was great, but I do have one complaint. We called ahead since we were coming from Frankfort. Told them we would be there at 1, that was at 12:20. been to a lot of texas roadhouse locations and never had a bad meal until last evening. We had a table of seven and not one of meals was right.45 min latrer smoothered chicken came out with nothing on it said out of cheese, mushrooms. Two of chilli both had chunks of steak fries in it. Had no mashed potatoes or baked. After a glass of tea they brought out a refill of water out of sweet tea crazy.
