I must say with the recent Hepatitis outbreak I was super nervous about coming here but I was so relieved once I entered... every single worker was wearing the blue sterile gloves and there were hand sanitizer units at the entrance. I even asked if they had done a good cleaning and all my questions were answered and I felt confident eating there. I went there yesterday for dinner. While I was enjoying my dinner I sat in gum. It was all over my pants I didn’t notice it still I stood up and went to the bathroom. They didn’t do anything but clean off the seat. Service was ok. But not the best. They didn’t offer to take anything off the meal or anything.

I will never come back. Tried for 45 minutes to do call ahead seating- every time I called phone just rang and rang so we were not able to call ahead- we waited for an hour and half to be seated once we got there. Ordered fillet with mushrooms- got a sirloin with no mushrooms. Had to ask for a water 3 times before getting it. Never again! And we normally love Texas Roadhouse but I will never come back to this one.
