We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 7th birthday last night. Our waitress was terrific and went above and beyond to make sure our princess felt special and even made sure to include our 3 year old as well. Food was terrific as always, definitely recommend!

We eat here at least twice a week & always have an awesome experience but tonight was above & beyond! Kaelyn was so sweet and attentive ! We love this place .

My husband ordered a carry out from the wrong store 2 weeks ago. I still have not received my refund after spending 30+ minutes on the phone with managers and employees. Seems like St Matthews is the only TR with any type of common sense. This location has horrible customer service! I wouldnt feed their crappy food even to my dogs! �

Seated after 5:30 cutoff for early special. Could not have the discounted price because server said the computer locks out that price at exactly 5:30. Should give server discretion to change that. That has happen to our family twice. We have been in the parking lot at 5:15 and can’t get seated.

Other than waiting an hour which i didn’t care about, my husband and I got stuck sitting next to a whole party who claimed to be from Boston. They were quite annoying, loud and obnoxious. I only ate about half of my dinner (which was half cold) I was ready to leave. Waitress was super nice tho! Busy night. And I tried to do call ahead no answer either. So damned if you do and damned if you don’t. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
