I typically love Texas roadhouse but the server this particular day was on the bit of the snooty side. She wasn't very personable. It kinda seemed like we were a bother rather than guests. The food was decent. I didn't receive gravy on my meal so therefore I asked for some on the side. No big deal but she didn't bring it out, it was a totally different server. I would visit again but hoping the experience would be a bit better.

I can't see why people would hate on this place...we love going here and the staff is great. Our food always comes out right and we go quite often. I think some of the staff might even know our names by now lol!

Tonight my family and I went and the service nor the food was good. Our server was acting really strange and our food was cold?? Those famous rolls were great though!

Waiter was friendly. We were seated by the kitchen and restroom. I seen one of the waitresses flip our waiter off. Which was in professional. But otherwise great food and service.
Not the best roadhouse experience the waiter got both of our drinks wrong , they forgot the butter with the rolls then forgot silverware also after the very over cooked steaks got their they tasted like burnt meat and her sirloin turned out to be a ribeye , the people behind us had same waiter and got their meal comped after it was wrong the second time they got it lol we were not waiting another hour !!! No tip !!

Location was 2100 Memorial ave, in Oklahoma city, Oklahoma on On 8/22/17. By far the best place, the food was great and the service was phenomenal! Didn't catch our waitresses name, I was so blown away at her service! Been to some places with great service, but his was outstanding and it was very busy! Our bill was $57, and she got a $20 dollar tip! Like I said the food was great, hot and tasty. Very impressed!
