Wondering how they are passing health inspections. Last visit there a roach was crawling on our booth wall. � Not acceptable!
Well we have been to many different locations...and its always been a 5+.....how ever this location was close to a 3 but didn't make it.... the french fries were cold and soggy not a big deal normally would not hold that against them however..... I mentioned it to the waitress and apparently she didn't do anything about it manager never came or asked about it or anything she just left the bill on the table and walked off and that was the end of it so she doesn't care so I know the manager doesn't care...... WORST Food and service ever. New to area and have eaten at Roadhouses in Texas. I just don't know where to start. Green beans were horrid so we exchanged them for a different side which didn't come until after we had eaten our steaks. I ordered a medium rare which was medium and my husbands was well done and he ordered a medium. I didn't know a sweet potato could be cooked to mush but If I didn't know better I would have thought it came straight from a baby food jar. Totally inedible. in my opinion the best steak house in the city I know everyone loves ribeyes but the the NY strip cowboy cut 18oz....perfect med rare everytime always have a great server....never been let down at this location....fantastic

This is one of my favorite places to go to for steaks! We don't go often as we live out of the city, but when we do most of our experiences are good. However, our recent visit on Monday 3/6/17, was one of the best I have experienced. Don't get me wrong, I have not experienced bad service at this location, but this time it was superp! Its our favorite steak house. We like going there at least once a week. The people, services, and food is fantastic!
We did the call ahead service. We were seated in 15 min of arrival. They were packed but our servers were excellent and management was visible and did stop by to check on is. Food was spot on. There is a good reason why they are super busy every night. Call ahead !!😄
