We used call-ahead seating for 18 last night (Thursday) and still waited 30 min past our time. This wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't gone there with a large group a month ago and were treated rather rudely because we DIDN'T call ahead. Then when the food was brought out, my steak was only lukewarm. I've decided they can't handle large groups anymore. Disappointed, but the waiter and waitress were very good. So there's that.

Thank goodness we called ahead of time and made a reservation for 12! We had a family day at the zoo and met up at TR for dinner and the place was packed! We were seated about 5 minutes after we arrived and our waitress Kaci was amazing and on top of everything! Food was excellent!

We visited this location last night (Saturday night). It was extremely busy, we had to wait an hour to be seated. It was very much worth the wait! Our server was Angel and we received the best service we’ve gotten in a very long time. Every single item we ordered was perfect, including a medium rare and medium well steak! We will definitely be going back.

First off, my knife was bullshit. I thought my steak was gonna be terrible, but it was just the knife. Steak was freaking awesome. The place was busy as hell. My server was pleasant.
Two stars because the waitress was nice. A large piece of Plastic was found in our “blooming onion” sauce. Gross. Last time my wife came here, a large wire was found in her steak, came off a cleaning brush. Not sure what’s going on in the back, but they need to step it up.
