We had the best service that we have ever had anywhere here in town. Karissa was our waitress and she made the meal that much more enjoyable. She is very upbeat and personable. Thank you so much Karissa for the great experience.

SLOW! Kitchen problems? Seems like it. Our waitress, Genevieve, was very good. She took our order promptly and accommodated all our requests w/o a problem. Kitchen and bar need improvement!
I have eaten at the Farmington location twice and the food, service, and atmosphere were 5 star. The Texas Roadhouse is the only restaurant my husband and I would wait for a table because it is the only way to be able to enjoy the best steaks we have ever had!
The food was great and the staff was even better. Couldn't ask for more!
I'd say this is hands down the best service and best food in town!
We went tonight for the first time, only comments that we have are wish that the doors that open into the mall would have been signed or something so that we knew that those doors were not enterance doors, we had waited at those doors and several employees went in and out and never said anything. Also had to ask about having the music turned down, it was very hard to have a conversation.
