I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse several times and enjoyed each visit. My 15 yr old son took me out tonight for my birthday and I chose T Rdhouse. The server was horrible and acted like I was troubling her and a bother. I left crying and my son left a $1.60 tip. I have never been treated so bad in any restaurant around the world. If I decide to ever go back I will request "Nicole", because in the past she was awesome. I'm use to walking into a Texas Roadhouse and feeling welcomed. At the Farmington Roadhouse, I was glared at. I ask for a table for 5, then was rudely told we had to wait for ALL five of the people to show up in order to be seated. While waiting, a few tables were seated who asked for a table for 5 and only one person was taken to be seated. Those hostesses are very lucky we had a darn good waitress help us, or your customer service skills would have brought this rating down to a one.
overcooked every single steak our family ordered. both managers were not very understanding or sympathetic and only cared about themselves . all we were offered and given was ONE free desert for the five overcooked steaks , even thou they both could clearly see and achnoledged that ALL of of steaks were well done ( we all ordered meduim) . very understaffed. order came 75 minutes AFTER we placed it ! the music was way to loud. we almost had to yell at each other to communicate at dinner. its a good place to be loud and obnox... read more
The food was amazing and the customer service tops any other service at other Texas road house's I have been to!
Sorry but we ate there for the first time and my daughter Emma got food poisoning from the beef hot dogs there. And I hate to say its really gross and unsanitary conditions. I will never go back and I'm disappointed.
No different ftom other locations...absolutely awesome steaks!!!
