We took our foreign exchange student and her parents from Japan here for dinner. They wanted to eat an American Steak. We thought what better way than Texas Roadhouse with the best rolls, peanuts and fabulous steak! Our waiter was so amazing. There was a magician that came over to our table. Thank You for helping us make lasting memories.
The food and the service was good but we were sat by a birthday party and we could not get through to the bathroom and to top it off the bathrooms were gross like they haven't been cleaned in weeks!!

Apparently no pink means pink. Then when you tell them they laugh. My steak was taken back twice. By the time it came back they way I liked it my fiance was done eating so I just boxed it up and took it home to eat. HORRIBLE

Best prime rib around! This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Call ahead seating & told 10 min. It's been a hour and we left. At least be honest...ppl came after us and told 10 min as well. Highly unlikely I'll return to this establishment.

Find a different place for a steak. The service was terrible, my steak was cook incorrect and unevenly, and they forgot my son's meal. The manager seemed more angry than concerned. Doesn't matter how busy you are, customer service shouldn't suffer.
