My husband and mother in law took me there yesterday for my birthday. Seated us promptly but then forgot about us for at least a 1/2 hour. Finally a waitress from another station asked if any one was helping us NO. She was kind and took care of us. Need to pay more attention to their customers. It was 4:15pm when we arrived.
No matter if it's just my husband and I or we have our 5 kids with us we always have excellent service!! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience every time!!

My husband and I went to dinner around 9pm. It wasn't that busy so we thought we'd get better personal service. Wrong! We had to wait for our waitress, request drinks and refills, she was rushing us like she had more important things to do. Worst of all, my steak was cooked well done which is not what I ordered. We had to wait for the waitress to come back, ask to have another steak cooked properly and wait for that steak.
