Business response:
Emily Solomon, please give our guest relations team a call at 1-800-TEX-ROAD so we can figure out where we went wrong!
I arrived at this location at 10:40 pm last Saturday and the hours state they are open until 11:00 pm... and they were closed already... the worst part is the employees where in the restaurant laughing... I also tried to call and no one answered! I also sent feedback back through their website over a week and no one every addressed the concern!!! What's the point of having the option for customer feedback when no one actually addresses the issues!
