Best service. The manager actually does his job to make sure everyone is happy with the service.
Visited Texas Road House last night. I was a "first-timer". Owner Steve stopped by our table and welcomed us, they sent us home with a sample bag of peanuts, everything we ate was PERFECT!!! The staff was PERFECT!!! The environment was filled with fun! I WILL BE BACK, bringi g with me, MORE ROAD HOUSE "VIRGINS"! Thank-you do much for your great service and appreciating MY business.
We absolutely love this place!!! We go so much, we are treated like family!!! Our daughter has celebrated a few birthdays here, danced with her favorite waitress & absolutely loves the bread & peanuts!!! The steaks & sides come out perfect everytime & every wait staff treats us like we are gems!!! We could not ask for a better atmosphere, food & drinks after a long day of work!!!
Tonight was my first time there! And it won't be my last! Great atmosphere! Spectacular service (Thank you Dana) I will return for some awesome food soon!!!
Hot and delicious food. Attentive service. Friendly staff. One of the best family dining experiences we've had.
My grandma, mom, sister and I had an amazing dinner here tonight! Steaks were cooked perfect, and my grandmas ribs fell right for the bone. Our waiter was absolutely phenomenal, so friendly and upbeat. We may night go out to eat much, but whenever we do this is the place we go without hesitation.
I recommend friends to go here all the time if you want a fun friendly environment and amazing service and staff this is definitely the place only thing I ask is y'all need to start delivering bc when kids are in bed and we want something delicious and can't go out then Texas roadhouse to the rescue just saying y'all should really think about it please lol and our server was Dylan keep up the good work y'all :-)
My veteran husband and I had a outstanding lunch at the Texas Roadhouse, in Papillion Nebraska. Before the restaurant opened the WHOLE staff came out and thanked everyone of the veterans, the manager prayed with everyone and a young man who worked there beautifully sang The Star Spangled Banner. Great food and atmosphere but the wait is not worth it. 1/2 hr wait with a reservation. Thinking of going to red robin.
