Amazing service everytime me and the wife go out to eat
I never complain about my food when I eat here. I always love it! But last Friday 2/24/17, my steak (a sirlion) was so full of gristle, I couldn't even chew one bite without spitting each bite out. I told the waitress and she just said oh yea? I left with almost all of my steak to eat for lunch the next day and couldnt bring myself to eat it. I threw it away. I never had a bad steak from here before. So disappointed!
The last few times that we've been at Texas Roadhouse there in Papillion the service was good but the food was questionable. The chili had bones in it so be very careful the manager says that they throw scraps of the beef in there and bones do get mixed in with the chili my husband had a hole in the roof of his mouth for a View weeks and was uncomfortable for a while
Visit Texas Roadhouse approximately every 2 weeks for dinner with a friend. Only once in 10 years have we had a problem with a meal. Excellent customer service, great food, friendly staff! What more do you need?
This is my most favorite restaurant. I try to come in at least once a week
