Had a bad experience last night but was told the truth about what happened. Waitress had forgot to put in the order. I appreciated the truth because I feel as though the thought to lie about why we waited so long would have been easier. Instead we got the the truth. Manager came over and discounted the food for us. Really like this place and how hard everyone works. GREAT job making it right and telling the truth! To the manager and waitress...I will be back you are awesome!

The service there is nice and the waiter/waitress is always great and so friendly.
The good was great, as usual. I decided to go there for my birthday because of that and the atmosphere. I've always had a good time at Texas Roadhouse. Last night I asked our waitress if they gave birthday drinks. Without skipping a beat she said for free? Water. And that is where the birthday celebration aspect of my dinner ended. So, the food was great but the experience was not. That's why I'm not satisfied

It was an all around great dining experience! The wait was long, but there wouldn't be a wait if the food sucked. Well worth the wait! Steaks and sides cooked to perfection, friendly and courteous staff, an A+!

Great service and great food. The moment we got inside we got seated. Our server was amazing! The manager even came up and asked how things were going!

Worked here as a busser two years ago. We were treated like crap. Never got breaks. The management here didn't care if we were being harassed by others or when the cooks would throw food at the back of our necks because that meant "they liked us". Don't eat here and support a restraunt that takes better care of its employees.

I normally give Texas Roadhouse 5 stars. I'm not today because I placed an online order. Rib eye and baked potato with butter and sour cream. In comments I requested extra butter and sour cream. Uh...there was nothing on the potato much less extra!!!! Dry and inedible. Thanks

My husband and I decided on TXR for our 10yr Wedding Anniversary dinner. We always have a great meal and we can be comfortable in our jeans and tshirts. I was very impressed as usual last night. Especially when my husbands steak was over cooked the waitress didn't hesitate to have the manager come over and comp his meal. (We were first offered a new steak, but didn't have time to wait.) Great food, great service THANKS!!!
