Awful experience. Literally watched the hostess seat people who came in after us before us (even though we had call ahead) received several dirty looks from employees after we requested a manager. We will not be back nor will a lot of my friends. Someone needs to learn to manage a dining room and teach and enforce employee etiquette.

My wife and I took our grandson for his birthday. The food was great but the waitress was the best. She was right on the spot when anything was needed.
Normally, I love this place. Last evening I took my mom and my son to dinner there and it was a bad experience. The table they sat us at was so wobbly that when I cut my steak, it spilled my tea. I asked 2 different people to do something about it, thought maybe they would move us, but no, nothing. Also, I was directly under 2 air vents and about froze to death. Had to send my steak back, which has never happened before. They never brought us rolls until we finally asked. Idk what happened, but I'm hoping next time is better... read more
