The Fry's were absolutely nasty so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. So they brought us new ones. They were just as bad and the only thing they wanted to comp off the whole meal after we sat there and waited on one meal which seems like forever. Was 58� off the whole thing. I was like no I'm sorry you can take the Fry's completely off my check there's no way anyone would even eat those. A whole whopping 2.58 whoohoo. Never again!! Has always been a favorite amongst chain restaurants....consistently meets my expectations....although I never have high expectations of ANY chain restaurant. I do return to the Roadhouse when I have the opportunity.
Food was fantastic, service was not. Our waitressed rushed us. I was in the bathroom changing the baby I was babysitting's diaper and while I was gone she asked my friend if we needed boxes mind you I only took two bites out of my steak and my potato wasn't touched she told her no. Then I come back and before I even get the baby back in her seat she was asking again. Within ten minutes she asked 2 times . But that's no way to treat customers rushing them out for the next table!
The food and waitress was good but a guy in a Armadillo costume came up to the table and my three year old was terrified my mom told him no that her grandson was scared and to stop but he kept on until I got his attention and told him to leave it should have never went that far instead of eating his food all he was worried about was that stupid Armadillo costume coming back
