Went to the roadhouse tonight for dinner. The waitress was excellent in meeting our needs. Unfortunately we ordered three sirloin steaks and ordered them medium. After an hour wait we received our meal and the steaks were on the verge of being cremated. The waitress said the manager would come and talk to us, we watched her go to the manager but I guess he was to busy holding up the wall to come talk to us. After waiting 10 minutes we finally left. I had lunch with my comrades in arms today at Texas Roadhouse. It was such a wonderful experience. The staff was excited to serve the veterans. They were attentive, cheerful and genuinely loved what they were doing. I spoke with the manager and thanked him for such a great meal and outstanding customer service. Tonight's service was horrible took a half hour just to get a server to our table to even fill our drinks. Got my steak it was so chard it was terrible. Took forever for server to come back again. When she did she took it and placed a new order for my steak... big problem by the time I get it my party is done eating. I want to eat with my party not alone. Poor choice in a dinner place forsure

Very good place to eat, very good service, the steak I ordered was made exactly as I asked, and the sweet tea was good! Also the rolls were amazing, My only concern is for a Texas themed joint, y'all sure didn't have nearly enough Dr. Pepper for this Texan! Haha

Kudos to Nick! I ordered and without thinking forgot to ask to leave off tomatos because of an allergy. When it came I started picking them off and before i could bat an eye, he brought me a new one. Our waitress Kris was amazing oh ya the food is amazing!! Thank you, you made my day!!
