Usually great but tonight the steak was extremely dry. Disappointing to say the least

RecommendedEverything. Service, Cheap good ears!
Business response:
Mike Thank you for your Review. We hope to see you again soon!
RecommendedFood was excellent . Service was good also.
RecommendedThe staff has always been great! I’ve never had an issue over the years.
RecommendedI ordered my food on-line and despite having to wait 20 minutes from when it was promised the food was hot and delicious. The steak was done exactly as requested. 😀
RecommendedAlways a great steak. Food is hot and fresh. The beer is cold
RecommendedAwesome wait staff. Great food.
RecommendedUsually sit at the bar with my buddies. Alex is super hospitable, always makes time for conversation when she is not slinging drinks. She makes it a great atmosphere. She gets the drinks out fast and keeps everyone happy. Great bartender!
I’ve been coming here for years and I love this place! The last 4-6 times I’ve been here though my food always is messed up. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, I work in the industry so I understand. I feel like nothing is ever done by management nor do I feel like the situation is ever made right! I’ve tried to keep justifying how this could happened. I won’t be returning thanks.
