Usually great but tonight the steak was extremely dry. Disappointing to say the least

The staff has always been great! I’ve never had an issue over the years.
I ordered my food on-line and despite having to wait 20 minutes from when it was promised the food was hot and delicious. The steak was done exactly as requested. 😀

Usually sit at the bar with my buddies. Alex is super hospitable, always makes time for conversation when she is not slinging drinks. She makes it a great atmosphere. She gets the drinks out fast and keeps everyone happy. Great bartender!
I’ve been coming here for years and I love this place! The last 4-6 times I’ve been here though my food always is messed up. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, I work in the industry so I understand. I feel like nothing is ever done by management nor do I feel like the situation is ever made right! I’ve tried to keep justifying how this could happened. I won’t be returning thanks.
