I usually recommend Texas roadhouse but my trip on Saturday was really disappointing. waitress couldn't get our order right. wife ordered soda without ice it came with ice she waited till the meal almost came for her appetizer. my food came and I noticed I was missing my chili I mentioned it and she was like uhmmm you want a chili i said yes I did order it as one of my sides. she rummaged some more through her orders and finally found it and finally got it. I was looking for a sub category for "FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES" because that sums up our visit today. Finally feeling courageous enough to take the family here to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I had called before we left for Madison and found out the outdoor dining was closed - it had rained and was a little icky out. What a joke.... went to Texas Roadhouse and I ordered my steak medium and they cooked it to well done twice and then wanted me to wait for them to cook it a third time!! Ended up only eating my sides. Won’t be back.
