Is TRTA working to arrange for companies to offer prescription plans for retirees under age 65?
I am disappointed that TRTA has accepted the new health insurance plan. It would be more honest to let it implode. At least we could be awake! And rise up against a state government that is more interested in empowering gun owners than keeping promises for folks who gave their lives to Texas education. For Medicare aged folks this plan is worse than what is available to anyone in the general marketplace. TRTA has done nothing to help us but try to convince us that this plan is acceptable. I am so glad I joined TRTA when I retired. It is a great organization. Tim Lee is wonderful! He NEVER stops working for the retirees. Thank you so much. I am so grateful for my representative, Trent Ashby; he is so concerned for the welfare of his constituents.
