This was actually our 4th inspection with Jonathan and TREIS. He did all three inspections on our first build 13 years ago. He found so many things that we never would have been able to see on our own. (including air duct/vents that were sheetrocked over!) We've had Jonathan do a number of inspections for us and wouldn't think to go with anyone else. Our builder just asked me for his information, because he said he was the best inspector he has ever worked with! Jonathan is extremely professional and thorough.
