Took my Ranger in for service & repair around the 1st of September. Got a call on 9/16 with a list of repairs. They said it would take a week to get the parts, and a few days to complete. Called them on 10/1 to check to see if it was ready, and they said they just go the parts in and that I could pick it up on Saturday 10/3. Called to make sure it was ready on 10/8, and was told they were still waiting on parts?! Spoke with the service manager, and he promised that all would be complete on 10/15 or 10/16.
