After speaking with Daniel the sales manager after he reached out to me due to some mis communications issues I am happy to say he has earned my business for the dealership. My Brother Took His 2014 RZR In Because The Reverse Chain Broke And The Warranty Covered It And Had It Replaced. Dealer Had Concerns About The Axles Going Bad So They Cut The Boots In Half To Take Pics And Send Them To Polaris To See If They Would Be Covered Knowing The Rzr Had A Lift So Why Even Attempt To Do That. Polaris Would Not Cover The Axles Under The Warranty. Duh! Brother Went To Pick It Up Today And This Is What It Looks Like. Wtf?? You Cut The Boots In Half You Should Replace Them. Their price was great BUT their customer service has been horrible. I am still waiting on something that was promised to me over 2 months ago when I bought my Ranger from them. Every time I call and speak with the manager Daniel, he says he will take care of it himself but it never gets done. Think twice about buying from them when they offer you a good price on something they will not follow through with good customer service on.
