If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr Ted Carlson did not even come to the hospital to evaluate my baby in person. He gave me the diagnosis via text and a quick phone call. Told me to take my baby home and treat my baby as any other baby without the heart defect. 10 days later, I brought my baby to the ER. To find out, my baby was in distress with very low oxygen saturations. Dr Carlson kept insisting it was an infection after we were admitted to the CICU via text to me...the hospital staff ran the panels twice to rule out... read more
We love Dr. Carlson. My son was born with Down Syndrome and holes on his heart. My son had to have heart surgery at 4 mos old and Dr. Carlson has been with my son ever since and made sure he is ok. My son is now 15 yrs old. Thank God for Dr Carlson!
Nice facility, but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 we arrived at 9:07 and we were called back at 10:10... a 40 minute wait and there was only one other patient ahead of us. Dr. Carlson was pretty good though.
