Huge selection of what we were looking for. Best sales guys straight to the point, no bull, fast! Do not hound you or put on silly acts. JJ got us in what we were wanting and out the door. Best experience we have had buying a vehicle yet! Will definitely go back when we need an upgrade!
I was sold a vehicle from Texas Motor Cars, and within three months the transmission was going out. I lost $6000 by purchasing this car, and it was an issue that should have been caught and fixed by Texas Motor Cars before it was ever offered for sale. I would not recommend anyone purchase a used car from this dealership. They rushed through a sale, rushed through financing, and only cared about making the sale.
Very competitive prices and competitive rates not mention hassle free transaction. Highly recommend! We’re from other state and they did all the paperwork including registration.... that’s what I call great customer. JJ is awesome!!
We never got to actually come by, because we found a vehicle at another dealership, however we did give them our credit card to Hold a vehicle for us. We called them that same day to say we couldn't make it in, and we wanted our good faith money returned...Well, a month later, after several texts and phone calls, they finally refunded us, but not until we had already been charged about $40 in interest. The buying process was fast and easy. Anthony was AWESOME to work with. The facility is convenient and very clean. We liked the casual approach and no high pressure sales, and got a vehicle we wanted. 5 STARS.
RecommendedProbably the least stressful car-buying experience we've ever had. No pressure, easy to deal with, in and out in an hour. We will be back!
