Tommy's place is top notch. Sales staff was very attentive and my dealings with Shawn was a great experience. Would recomend anyone looking for a nice used car or truck check out thier inventory.
Brian has always been into cars and working with his dad at his father's dealership since we were in grade school. Brian has always been honest and has a good selection of cars and trucks and suvs. You can always tell which place you will come back to in the future and Brian dealership is that place. Can't make money of a 1 time customer that won't come back. And with all the social media out there, word travels fast!!
I worked with Shawn when I purchased a 2010 BMW from Texas Motorcars and the deal couldn't have been easier. They had me in the door and back on the road so I was able to get home to Wisconsin the same day. Excellent service. These guys go above and beyond and really care about their customers, and they most definitely stand behind what they sell. They don't forget about you when you drive off the lot and do everything they can to make the customer have a great experience. Thanks Shawn! I'm loving my new ride!
For those that have seen my previous review, the GM has made me have a change of heart.... He took my truck (a year after purchase) gave me a loaner, and completely fixed all the discrepancies with the vehicle. He did t charge me a dime, and also threw in a couple new tires! He advised me to come to him if I have any issues, and I most certainly will. He's a man of his word!!
