If you are satisfied by a dealer that doesn't list anything accurately, misprints half the ads, says they'll take offers but then says they're firm on price you'll love this place. If you're looking for a dealer that stands behind their word and says what they mean, you probably don't want to shop here. I probably dodged a large bullet here ...Anthony was the "salesman" if you'd take the liberty to call him that. I sure wouldn't.
This was possibly the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!!! This crew is 1st class from start to finish! I would never buy another pickup from this dealership!!! I bought a 2016 gmc Denali from this company and they said it has been ran threw their shop and for one they had bad tires on it and now it has bad brakes and I have hardly drove this pickup but maybe 500 miles and the brakes and rotators are shot and then there is a Calipers are leaking and the drivers side running light doesn’t work. I would never recommend this Texas motor cars to anyone. They are a freak joke and a bunch of bs!!!!!
I would NOT Recommend this dealership at all. My boyfriend and I drove 9 hours to pick out a pickup. They knew we were looking at 2 different ones. When we got there we rushed through. The pick needed an oil change, running light, pick needs new tires and they knew we would be hauling a 37 ft living quarters trailer. We were lied to said it went through the service dept? The service department they don’t have and now they will not put new tires on it. I will be calling the better business bureau tomorrow to see if I can drop... read more
