The customer service was outstanding. The food was good. The drinks even better. I will be going back again, and again. Have your next party there or just go have a good steak.
I was in this establishment on last night. Half way through our meal we encountered several roaches on the wall and table where we ate. The staff was very apologetic. After researching the corporate office out of New Mexico on this incident, I was called by a very rude and unapologetic person. We have gone to this Texas Land & Cattle (Lakeline/Austin) for the past 4 years for New Years Eve. We’ve always enjoyed our steaks & the ambience by the fireplace. We were seated quickly but no one ever came over to take our order. The only staff person we saw was a gentleman who was vacuuming at a table near us 😱. Food was good Service was a little slow, had a unexpected crowd
Absolute garbage !!! Server said will be back to take our order in 2 mins and didn’t come back for over 15 mins. Until I had to say something to another member of staff. The excuse we got was that our server was busy. Food came and was awful. Steaks were not cooked as requested and taste less. The vegetables were microwave soggy mess. The mash potato was like warm at best and tasteless. The prices here are way to high for the quality of food they are serving. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The service was great, and the staff was very friendly. The NY strip was cooked just how I wanted it and the sides were deliciously. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner.
Yes, the night crew was amazing. We arrived late because we got lost. The staff seated us right away. It was about 10 o’clock at night we were exhausted from site seeing so we had our order switched to to-go so we could take it back to our hotel. The manager came to check if everything was okay. He apologized for the wait. We told him he didn’t have to apologize, that we were just tired. He offered a free dessert and had our order sent right out. The manager and night staff were very accommodating.
